Know the feeling?
Join the 64 Challenge
Every May, Coeliac Awareness Month shines a light on people living with symptoms they don’t yet have answers for. Right now, 1 in 100 people have coeliac disease, but only 36% are diagnosed. That leaves 64% still unidentified. They know the feeling, they just don’t know the reason.

Why the 64 Challenge matters
The 64 Challenge exists for the people still waiting for answers. By taking part, you can help raise awareness of coeliac disease, spark conversations, and fund the support that helps people move closer to diagnosis.
Last year, supporters across the UK took on their own version of 64, raising vital funds and helping more people recognise the signs of coeliac disease.

Your challenge. Your way. Your 64.
The idea is simple. Choose a 64 that fits your life. There are no rules and no one right way to take part. Just one powerful number, and whatever you choose to do with it.

How to take part
Pick something that works for you. For example, you could:

  • Bake and share 64 gluten free treats
  • Commit to 64 days of a new habit
  • Walk, cycle or swim 64 miles across May
  • Boost your energy with 64 star jumps a day
  • Complete 64 puzzles or brain teasers
  • Host a games night and play 64 rounds together

Big or small. Solo or social. It’s your 64 and it all counts. Every action helps someone move from recognising the feeling to understanding it.
